The SBA hotline system is operated by Ethics Global, an independent and external company which ensures confidentiality and anonymity to all reporters. The online complaint system is available 24/7, while the hotline number is available Monday – Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Once received, hotline tips will be referred to the Inspector General, if appropriate, for investigation and handling. You will not have to provide your identity when you call the hotline number or file an online complaint.
